No seriously.

Get out of the house! Don’t let yourself be cooped up indoors, as we’re moving further into spring and the weather’s getting nice. We may be social distancing, but that doesn’t mean we can never go for a walk or get out of the house for the next however many weeks or longer that we’re isolating.

Take a walk around the block. At a distance of 6’ from passersby, it’s the greatest thing you can do for both mind and body. And besides being excellent exercise, it’s good for the soul. Your mom was right to tell you when you were a kid to go out and play.

While you’re at it, stay sun safe as well. Wear a hat, use sunscreen, or carry a UV parasol. We’re partial to ours of course, as Lily-Lark’s are UPF50+, but times like these call for just taking care of yourself, however best you can.

So, get out there. Take a stroll. See your neighborhood. Go to a park, if open in your area. And don’t forget to wash your hands when you get home.
