The kids are back in school and it won't be too long till we feel the first brisk chill of fall air.. As we soak up these last days of summer we find ourselves already dreaming of our favorite winter bird vacation spots to carry our Lily-Lark sun parasols.
1. Greek Isles
With 227 islands to choose from the Greek Isles is our favorite spot to shake off our winter coats. Whether you are looking for a bustling market or a secluded white sand beach getaway, the Greek Isles delivers.
2. Kauai, Hawaii
Nicknamed “The Garden Isle”, Kauai is our favorite spot to relax and recharge. If you’ve got a stressful upcoming fall season Kauai is the perfect winter trip to motivate you through the trying tasks ahead.
3. Coronado Island, California
This San Diego adjacent resort city founded in the 1880s offers up pristine beaches and a quintessential small beach town vibe - fresh seafood, saltwater taffy and specialty shoppes.
4. Positano, Italy
We can’t help but imagine ourselves as Diane Lane in “Under the Tuscan Sun” when in Positano. The food, the architecture, the Limoncello...bellissimo!
5. Taha’a Island, French Polynesia
A short, 45-minute flight from Tahiti, Taha’a Island plays host to the regions vanilla plantations. Taha’a’s coasts are covered in ivory beaches, skirted by pink coral reefs, and complimented by some of the world’s most swank resorts.
6. Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
Ipanema Beach is enough to put Rio de Janeiro on our top 10 list, but this city delivers so much more and you’ll have a truly unforgettable experience through it’s music, food and tropical rainforests.
7. Lisbon, Portugal
Known for its colorful architecture, delicious tapas restaurants and laid-back beach lifestyle, Portugal’s coastal capital offers picture postcard views wherever you turn.
8. Song Saa Island, Cambodia
