Returns & Exchanges

Timeline

All claims for exchanges or refunds must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. To qualify for a return, items must remain unused and in original condition as received. Valid proof of purchase is required for all refund requests. Without proof of purchase, customers will receive store credit or product exchange options.

Refund Processing

Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, our quality assurance team will conduct a thorough inspection. You will receive email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your return, followed by notification regarding refund approval or denial.

Approved refunds are processed within 10-12 business days and credited to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution's policies. 

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared after the standard processing period:

  1. Verify with your bank - Check your account statement for pending transactions
  2. Contact your credit card company - Processing times vary by institution
  3. Review bank processing policies - Some institutions require additional processing time
  4. Contact our support team - If the above steps do not resolve the issue, email sales@lily-lark.com for assistance
Exchange Process

Exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of purchase by contacting sales@lily-lark.com. Our team will provide a prepaid return label for your convenience.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your replacement will be shipped immediately. Original return shipping costs are covered by Lily-Lark for all exchanges.

Product Defects and Damage Coverage

Lily-Lark stands behind the quality of our handcrafted parasols and will replace items that arrive defective or damaged. Please note that, as handmade products, minor irregularities in stitching and frame attachment are inherent characteristics of artisanal craftsmanship.

Important Product Care Information:

  • Our parasols are designed for normal outdoor use, but cannot withstand severe weather conditions
  • Brief exposure to light rain is acceptable; prolonged soaking will stretch the fabric
  • Natural fading of vibrant colors may occur with extended sun exposure
  • Strong winds may cause structural damage

For defective or damaged items, contact sales@lily-lark.com to initiate the replacement process.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses unless an exchange is processed. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from approved refunds.

Exchange returns include prepaid shipping labels provided by Lily-Lark.
