Shipping

Domestic Shipping: Calculated by carrier weight and destination. Shipments are processed through UPS or USPS within the United States. A $6.00 handling fee applies to all orders to cover warehouse processing costs.

Processing Times: Most orders placed before 12:00 PM (Noon) typically ship the same business day for Domestic orders. Delivery timeframes range from 1-7 business days within the contiguous United States, depending on location and shipping method selected.

Pre-Orders: Processing typically begins within two business days of inventory arrival at our New Jersey warehouse facility.

International Shipping: Processed via UPS or DHL. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing requirements.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses unless an exchange is processed. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from approved refunds.

Exchange returns include prepaid shipping labels provided by Lily-Lark.

International Customer Information

Customs and Duties: International recipients are responsible for all applicable taxes, customs duties, and government fees imposed by the destination country. Lily-Lark cannot provide estimates for these charges and is not liable for customs-related expenses.

Managed Markets Program: Effective July 1, 2025, most international orders are processed through our Managed Markets system, which calculates and includes estimated taxes and duties at checkout for customer convenience.

Customs Documentation: We are unable to mark international shipments as gifts, samples, or no commercial value to comply with customs regulations.

Processing Delays: International shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance procedures beyond our control.

Transparent Pricing: Orders processed through Managed Markets display all applicable costs, including taxes and duties, at the time of purchase.
